	News & Events December 2010 Kibutz Maanit: has purchased "Mabat La Kibbutz", a unique Business Intelligence solution for Kibbutzim, developed by Point of View. This solution will be used by Kibbutz members for personal budget activity analysis such as: personal budget, carpool usage, grocery and meal shopping, etc. and will be used also by the chicken-center branch manager to monitor and analyze financial reports. November 2010 Chod Asaf Industries: has expanded its activity using the Business-Intelligence (BI) platform Point of View 2008 during the last year by launching large scale BI projects and enabled many enterprise users an advanced information analysis capabilities. Chod Asaf Industries was founded on 1947 and is a leading Israeli manufacturer of iron for construction and nets for armed concrete. The company is serving hundreds of customers in the fields of construction, industry, defense and agriculture. September 2010 Yahav Bank: has acquired the leading Business-Intelligence (BI) platform Point of View 2008 to analyze the bank CRM data. The implementation will be done by Yael Software company. Yahav Bank was founded on 1954 and specializes in delivering financial services to the retail market. August 2010 Kibutz Alumim: has purchased "Mabat La Kibbutz", a unique Business Intelligence solution for Kibbutzim, developed by Point of View. This solution will be used by Kibbutz members for personal budget activity analysis such as: personal budget, carpool usage, grocery and meal shopping, etc. and branch managers to monitor branch budget, plan vs. execution and additional financial reports. July 2010 ORAN - PALMACH ZUBA: has acquired the forms generator of the BI platform Point of View 2008, to print forms from MOVEX M3 ERP. June 2010 Holon institute of technology: has acquired the leading Business-Intelligence (BI) platform Point of View 2008 to analyze its ONE1-ERP data. The implementation will be done by ONE1 company. Holon Institute of Technology was established in 1969 and became an independent public academic institution of higher education in 1999, certified by the Council of Higher Education. HIT focuses on the teaching of sciences, engineering, computer science and technology, management of technology and design. May 2010 Delek Group: has acquired the leading Business-Intelligence (BI) platform Point of View 2008 to enable hundreds of managers in the group to query and analyze its business activities. Also, this solution will be used by all the gas stations managers of the group. Delek - The Israel Fuel Corporation - was founded in 1951 by the Israeli government. Its portfolio boasts an array of subsidiaries dealing in energy and logistics, hundreds of gas stations, convenience stores and retail areas and a successful IPO to its credit. April 2010 Tzofim: The Tzofim youth movement has acquired Point of View 2008 as the BI solution of the movement. POV-2008 platform retrieves data from various data sources and delivers query and analysis capabilities to the tribes' instructors and to the movement headquarters. Founded in 1919, the Tzofim was the first Zionist youth movement in Israel. Today, the Tzofim is the only official "National Youth Movement" in the country. It was the first egalitarian Scouting movement in the world, where boys and girls participate together on an equal basis. More than 20 Kibbutzim have been established over the years by Nahal Garinim of the Tzofim. In Israel today, there are over 300,000 Tzofim graduates. Currently, there are over 60,000 Jewish Tzofim and over 25,000 Arab Tzofim. The number of active Tzofim has grown by over 55% in the last 10 years alone, while almost all other youth movement in the country have greatly decreased in membership. There are over 160 tribes (troops) in almost 100 cities, towns, moshavim and kibbutzim. Over 1/3 of the Tzofim tribes are located in development towns and challenged neighborhoods. March 2010 Taldor: has acquired the leading Business-Intelligence (BI) platform Point of View 2008 for one of its largest IT projects after examination of various BI tools. Taldor is one of the leading providers of business and technological solutions in Israel, providing software, hardware, data security and communications solutions as well as outsourcing of IT activities and business processes. The company is traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: 71.95% is held by DBSI and the rest is held by the public. February 2010 Ayalon Highways Ltd.: has purchased the Point of View 2008 Business Intelligence system. Ayalon Highways Ltd. builds and develops urban roads in Tel Aviv and the Gush Dan area. It uses the Point of View 2008 system on top of its information systems for advanced data display and analysis. Miya Water Projects Ltd.: has purchased the Point of View 2008 Business Intelligence system. Miya Ltd. was established in 2007 by the Arison Investment group - a global group which includes leading companies in Israel and worldwide. Miya's goal is to assist municipalities across the world in reducing urban water losses by providing comprehensive solutions that increase financial and environmental efficiency. Miya uses Point of View's capabilities for data analysis and display on top of their existing Movex system. January 2010 Intel Ltd.: has purchased the Point of View 2008 Business Intelligence system for their Manila branch. Holon Motors Dealership and Service: has purchased the Point of View 2008 Business Intelligence system. Part of the Gold Motors group, Holon Motors is a service and sales center for Mitsubishi and Hyundai vehicles, and uses the Point of View Business Intelligence system for advanced data analysis, on top of the Yahav garage management system. December 2009 The Meir Group Company: has purchased the Point of View 2008 Business Intelligence system. Along with its affiliate companies, the Meir Company offers a complete range of vehicle services, including sales, trade-in, rental, leasing, financing, and more. The group employs more than 1500 workers, operates 20 dealerships and over 40 service centers in Israel. Their 2008 total annual turnover was 1.243 M$. The Meir group leads the Israeli market due to their commitment to high standards in quality assurance and customer service. Toymonster Ltd.: The Chinese toy development mega-company has purchased the Point of View 2008 Business Intelligence system. Toymonster develops and manufactures toys in 10 plants throughout China. Their customers are leading global toy distributers, such as Toys R Us. The Point of View 2008 systems assists company executives in getting reports, indicators, and advanced analysis tools, like cash flow analysis, sales analysis, product development financial viability, market trend fluctuation analysis, various operational reports on sales by products, customers, geographical areas, time periods, and more. The BI system combines data from multiple sources: ERP, local accounting system (Chinese) - all from multiple remote servers. The system is setup so that each user has a personalized multi-language interface, including Chinese. November 2009 Gazit Globe Israel Ltd.: has purchased the Point of View 2008 Business Intelligence system. Part of the Gazit Globe group, Gazit Globe Israel is one of the biggest real estate companies in Israel, specializing in urban and commercial regional centers. The company deals in acquisition and development of existing commercial centers, and purchases land for future commercial development. Gazit Globe Israel believes that before buying land, it must first identify the exact needs of their target consumers, and then find the best and most appropriate location for the commercial center. The Point of View 2008 BI system provides a perfect solution to the company's strategy. The system operates on top of various systems like SAP B1 and Ziv Real Estate and Property, and provides managerial data which encompasses all operations, tenants, and properties. Ambar Feed Mill: has recently purchased the Point of View 2008, the leading Business Intelligence system from Point of View Software. Using the BI system, Ambar oversees and monitors quality and customer service. Setting high standards in quality assurance and customer services has positioned Ambar as the leading Feed Mill in Israel. The Point of View 2008 system is applied at Ambar on top of various databases, including ERP One. The Ambar Feed Mill is the biggest and most advanced of its kind in Israel. Ambar produces livestock feeding mixtures for ducks, chickens, turkeys, fish, geese, cattle, sheep, rabbits, and pigeons. In addition, Ambar produces and distributes vitamin and protein concentrates for export and the local market. Orlite Ltd.: has purchased the Point of View 2008 Business Intelligence system. Orlite researches, designs, develops and manufactures advanced products made of lightweight composite materials, mostly for civilian and military aviation. Orlite believes that constant improvement in quality and measureable data is a key ingredient of success. Point of View's BI system provides a perfect solution to the company's strategy, and was installed on top of various existing systems like BAAN ERP. October 2009 Kibbutz Mishmar Ha'emek: has purchased "Mabat La Kibbutz", a unique Business Intelligence system for Kibbutzim, developed by Point of View. The system integrates data from multiple sources (e.g., Eshkol by Maxsoft). The custom-configured solution included budgetary activity analysis: personal budget, branch budget, plan vs. execution, carpool, grocery and meal sales - all on different scope levels (per member, branch manager, and Kibbutz). September 2009 Kibutz Ma'abarot: has chosen "Mabat al HaKibutz" (based on Point of View 2008), which is adjusted especially to the Kibutz model, enabling the Kibutz members to view personal reports such as: personal budget, vehicles, dining roometc. In addition, this solution enables the branch managers to view operational and executive reports and a dynamic and fast analysis of the branch data. Kibutz Ma'abarot, which is in a process of computerizing all of its activities, has decided that "Mabat al HaKibutz" is the best solution which enables overall view of its entire activities to all the Kibutz members and officers. Berman's Bakery: has chosen Point of View 2008 as its BI platform to display and analyze data from the ONE1-ERP system. Berman's Bakery in Jerusalem, founded almost 130 years ago, is the second largest and a modern and advanced bakery in Israel. Berman's supplies bread and other products to over 2,000 stores, institutions, and supermarket chains across the country, from Acre and Nahariya in the North to Beersheba in the South. August 2009 Cal Auto Ltd.: has chosen Point of View 2008 as its BI platform to display and analyze data from the e-Tafnit ERP system and the Lavie TimeTech system. Cal Auto Rent a Car is one of the largest car rental companies in Israel. Compax Ltd.: has chosen Point of View 2008 as its BI solution for its customers as part of a monitoring project for computerizing the water, oil and gas infrastructures in Colombia. Compax, founded in 1985 with the vision of creating "SUPERVISOR™",an ‎advanced SCADA/DCS product, is today among the leading companies in ‎wide-area SCADA, process control and simulation systems in Israel. Global-Rot Sheka: has chosen Point of View 2008 as its enterprise BI solution over MOVEX M3 ERP. Global -Roto Sheka develops, produces, and markets packaging solutions. May 2009 Kibutz Sde-Elyahu: has chosen "Mabat al HaKibutz" (based on Point of View 2008), which is adjusted especially to the Kibutz model, enabling the Kibutz members to view personal reports such as: personal budget, vehicles, dining roometc. In addition, this solution enables the branch managers to view operational and executive reports and a dynamic and fast analysis of the branch data. Ralco Agencies is one of the largest israeli electronic equipment retailers, supplying products of the popular electronic vendors SHARP and Zanussi. February 2009 Brisitish Israel Investments: has chosen Point of View 2008 as its Business-Intelligence solution. British Israel Investments is the leading property company in Israel in the field of shopping malls and commercial centers.
